Your agent runs on a machine of its own, awake at three in the morning whether you are or not, holding your memory and your keys and shared with no other client. Renting that machine and keeping it alive costs €700 + VAT a year: the server itself, operating-system and security updates, a nightly backup of your memory, monitoring, and a restart when it falls over. The first year is inside the €5,700. Every year after, Stripe charges the €700 on its own to the same card. Cancel the renewal any time by mailing paul@maketheclick.com, and you keep your accounts, your data and a copy of your memory. The fee is not a support retainer: new integrations, new workflows and changes to the agent are new work and are quoted. Model and app usage is billed to your own accounts, under a spend cap you set. The 48 hours start once your accounts are open and your exports are handed over, not at the payment.
