- Information needed to deliver a diagnostic, pilot or managed service under a separate agreement.
Why we use it

Service providers
We use service providers including Vercel for website hosting and privacy-friendly web analytics, Cal.com for booking, and Google Workspace for email. They process data under their own terms and data-protection commitments. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
MakeTheClick does not use advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to measure aggregate traffic without using cookies or building individual visitor profiles. The embedded Cal.com booking tool may store data needed to provide its booking service; Cal.com’s privacy information applies when you use that tool.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and maintain an appropriate business record. Contract, invoice and accounting records are kept for the period required by Maltese law. Project data follows the retention and return terms in the applicable service agreement.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner. Contact us first at paul@maketheclick.com so we can help.
