About us

These terms
These terms govern use of maketheclick.com. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the website. They do not replace the signed proposal, statement of work, data-processing terms or service agreement governing paid work.
Website information and prices
Website content describes the current offer but is not a binding quotation. Prices shown are working prices excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Scope, acceptance criteria, third-party costs, timing and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work starts. Booking a call or sending an enquiry does not create a contract.
Paid services
A diagnostic, pilot or managed service starts only when both sides accept written engagement terms and any required initial payment has cleared. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, copy, design and reusable methods are owned by or licensed to Digital Saints Limited. You may view and share links to the website for ordinary business purposes. You may not copy, republish, reverse engineer or commercially exploit substantial parts of it without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, or use it unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.
Availability and external services
We aim to keep the website available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Booking, email, hosting and other external services are operated by third parties and may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Digital Saints Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content. Liability connected with paid work is governed by the applicable signed agreement.
Privacy
Our Privacy page explains how we handle personal data.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by Maltese law. The courts of Malta have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new last-updated date.
